We need people who:

A) Want to be there and will fight with everything they can to be there and play - but stop casting superfans who are a drag to the game.
B) Know how to play the game and make it compelling for everyone else.

We don't need people who:

A) Are there to promote their brand / product
B) Just want to be on TV or share their story
C) Want to "discover" or "remake" themselves

Australian survivor is a FAR superior product today because it has kept with the core tenets of the game.
