I worked for a startup doing modular buildings out of steel. We used spray foam
and it was amazing. Of course, our units were around 600 sq ft. But they were nice and tight and quiet. We purchased our own unit and were trained on it. We ended selling the unit for around $12k.

There are two part foam kits but I’ve never done them. Key is making sure you don’t have too much movement in your steel structure or your foam will detach from your structure. I’d recommend a pro but if you do DIY. Might as well purchase a thermal camera to check its performance every so often. We did this in our structures and we found out that we had framing exposed at certain parts that allowed thermal energy to bleed through.
