Not sure. Seems like you could run a sewer snake down it, just be a little

Most french drains use the black pipe. Its also porous so it can collect water

I cleared mine with a pressure washer and a sewer jet nozzle.

I use the sturdier perforated triple wall drainage pipe that holds better than the black flexi ones.
