Were they in front of his vehicle or behind? Either way, seems like the kids should be educated on not parking bikes and
or scooters in front of or behind vehicles. Most adult drivers will choose to avoid objects in the way without being told but if they are placed where the driver can’t see — there isn’t much the driver can do besides feel bad, apologize and in some cases pay to replace them.
