It’s one of my favorite meats on tacos and it’s great in a burrito too. I’ve cooked it at home and it was great there too, although like a lot of things I try I quickly decide it’s not worth doing myself and I just get it from those who have it nailed.

My dad’s family had cattle when he was growing up and his family’s favorite cuts for the table were beef tongue and heart. Both are great.
