pitchers' year in and year out go on the IL and end up with crap come playoff time?

Giving up 11 runs to the Marlins was totally pathetic and wasted a game when your bats have been struggling and you end up scoring 9 runs and still lose.

This seems to have happened every year they have won the division. Something needs to change, as I don't see them doing anything different. I get the players have some fault here, but with the lineup you have, if you can't even make it to the WS then you have to make a change.
