Does anyone else have problems with the Cougar club app?

I put this under the football category so I can use the app at the pregame tent to show my membership before the game on Saturday.

However, after I enter my email on the app, it just goes to a white screen. I can’t enter my password or navigate anywhere else. I have to quit the app. I’ve tried restarting my device and deleted and reinstalled the app.

On a similar note - is there a webpage to login to that you can also use to show your membership? It seems to direct me to the tickets.byu website - but I can’t find anything about CC membership.
