I found the hole by looking at the neighbors. The valve is at the bottom
Of a 3 foot deep pvc pipe. That was buried with dirt.
Feels like it’s either broken at the bottom or has 3 or 4 inches of dirt over the top of it.
But it exists! Tbd how to get it to work. I can’t imagine why else there was a large verticle pvc pipe buried in the yard.
