I'm helping everyone else with their stuff on Saturday.

If I do nothing during the week (on my list of stuff to do), and I put it off until Saturday, then I don't need to help others on Saturday and I can just focus on my stuff.


Standard workplace environment. Those who work ahead and finish early are rewarded with more work.
