If you assume that these schools are already pricing tickets at
their market value, then increasing prices 10% (or 4.5%?) means you will sell proportionally less tickets, or that the school will have to lower actual ticket prices to accommodate the player profit sharing tax.

It just will mean the school is paying more than the end user, unless ticket prices are completely inelastic. Which i doubt.
