Benefits matter. 15 years ago, I had to work 60 + hours, take
phone and laptop with me to log in while I coached LLbaseball etc.
Now. Iget 5 weeks paid pto, + all the fed holidays, + solid insurance, really great 401k match.
less mtgs. more say and no overtime. It made the same type of work so so much better.
