Actually happened? To answer that, one would have to know which things we teach are accurate and which things we teach are not accurate.

If the history teacher could ascertain that, then we could feasibly teach 100% of what *actually* happened (interpretation of history may still be subjective even with a full knowledge), then the answer is 100%. Otherwise, they don't know how much they don't know and so they can't answer the question.
