Portions of the child tax credit are like this, as well as the earned income credit being the most common.

Some non refundable credits carry over to future years (like solar credits) while some non refundable credits you just lose forever if you don't owe tax during the year (like the EV credit)

Edit: I guess I should have read closer, you have no earned income at all? Then no, there are no credits you qualify for unless they revert to 2021 covid previsions soon (which they could)
