I’m looking to rip out the old carpet in my home office and putting down either some sort of hardwood/laminate or an epoxy floor. The epoxy is a bit more expensive per square foot, but I wouldn’t trust myself to do the hardwood/laminate on my own, whereas I’ve convinced myself after watching a few YouTube videos that I could do the epoxy flooring on my own.

But obviously, YouTube makes everything look easier than it ever is. So I’m curious if anyone has ever done it in their home or garage?
