We need Jake to ball out this season, get us to a bowl game hopefully with at least 7 wins and then come back in 2025 prepared and ready to lead BYU to compete for a Big 12 championship.

Then we either need a current back up QB or an incoming freshman for the 2025 season to separate themselves as QB2 and then be ready to start in 2026 season.

Having a quality starting quarterback do well for two years is the recipe for success for BYU at quarterback because it allows a backup to develop for the future.
