What SHOULD happen is rotating Kalani to a development role, a la Robbie Bosco
Yon those many years ago.
He's natural with people, he loves the program, but he's too good of a guy and good enough of a coach and the optics of actually firing the guy we made the first Tongan HC in FBS ball would not be acceptable for the powers that be.
So move him over, give him some fancy title, make Jay HC. Or, as the case may be, Kellen Moore.
