Grimes, at least it seems to me, likes a base of power run scheme while Kansas has the QB and personnel from the previous OC to run the spread. On top of that, Grimes hasn't shown to be a very good play caller as OC and that is compounded with the poor style fit. Kansas will probably live to regret that hire.
