Of course having a rich history is the definition of blue blood. We aren't
that yet. As for the environment that is going to vary by individual and is probably going to be the deciding factor for a lot of them. For some it will be the reason they come and for others it will be the reason they don't come. It is by far the biggest differentiator between us and other top tier programs.
