If we have an Achilles heel, it's a running QB, and Avery Johnson is one of the
...better running QB's in the B12. Through the first 3 games, he averaging about 60ypg and 6.7 ypc.
Hopefully BYU learned a lot from Jennings in the SMU game, because Johnson is similar, but much bigger and I'd say a better passer as well (but I've been seeing some K State fans vent about his accuracy a bit, so that is usually telling when your fanbase is calling things like that out)
I do like that big strides were made between SIU's QB that ran for like 120 on BYU to the SMU game where I think Jennings was held to under 50
