We've played 2 lower level teams that couldn't put pressure on Jake. That won't be the case in the B12 as we'll see much better competition. Hopefully this builds confidence and builds into something more, but what we have is last years sample matches what we saw against SMU which was an offense that scored less points than Nevada did against that same SMU defense. I think it's great to hope that there has been progression, but to use SIU and Wyoming is similar to when people wanted McChesney to start at RB because he lit up UMass in 2019. There's no question Jake can perform at a JC/FCS level with a D1 supporting cast. The unanswered question is how much success can he have at the P4 level. We only have one game this year to measure on
