Man, I would love to see us pull this one off.

I expect them to be a very good team and to be well coached. Accordingly, they’ll be ready.

But human nature will be for them to overlook us. It’s no secret that we got our butts paddled frequently in Big 12 play last year. Film says we will be easy to make one dimensional on offense and that we’ll hand them plump, ripe turnovers of which they can take advantage.

We will have the night game, the altitude, and the crowd so long as the team plays well enough to keep the fans in it. What the Cougs need to do now is match the K State physicality and deliver on effective game plans on both sides of the ball. Easier said than done.
