Players faking injuries to stop the clock or help with substitutions should get
a 15 yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. I'm talking about things like this:

Also, all tackles should be required to be face-up, wrap-up, rugby style tackles. No balling up and hitting guys with shoulders or rolling at knees.
