Pass that the RB breaks for a 90 yard TD would give the QB huge stats for PER and QBR, but not affect PFF. An INT that is tipped by the receiver instead of caught would negatively affect the QBR and PER stats but not affect the PFF or even be a positive it was a great throw the receiver just messed up. Just a different metric.
