is torn up. The previous owner was going to put in a big garden and fountain, but abandoned the project after removing half the landscaping and 2 feet of soil.

We plan to just fill the dirt back in, add grass and an in-ground trampoline. We will have to re-do all the irrigation.

Is there a best time to do this sort of thing in Utah? Should we lay all the ground work now and install the grass in the spring? Do it all in the spring?
