I can't even tell if it's' true because it looks like PFF QB ratings are behind a pay wall, but he certainly didn't have the highest QBR (or PER) per ESPN, off the top of my head, OK St had higher rating of 159 compared to Jake's 150. BYU probably had the weakest week 3 opponent. And actually Texas Tech had a rating of QBR of 98 and PER of 270.
