BYU has had 3-0 starts in their last two seasons. The 2023 team went on to lose 7 of their next 9 (beating Cincy and TT at home with narrow losses to OU and OSU).

BYU in 2024 won't have to face Texas and OU, but will currently face 3 top 15 teams (KSU, OSU and Utah). They'll go across the country to play UCF in Orlando and also play a revitalized ASU team in Tempe. They'll face 4 B12 teams currently trending downwards (@BU, UA, KU and UH).

At this point last year and seeing the schedule ahead which team gave/gives you more optimism when comparing the two?
