numbers are 47 2nd-&-7 or longer becoming 19 3rd-&-7 or longer (.404). That's a decent amount of improved success on 2nd down.

Last year through 3 games we had 27 "chunk" plays (10-19 yards) and 12 "explosive" plays (20+ yards). This year those numbers are up to 43 and 20.

So the offense, I think, is showing signs of being improved from last year.
