The one wildly missed long ball looked more like a busted route to me than a bad throw, but difficult to know for sure without knowing the play call. In addition, his 40 yard run getting called back for an iffy holding call would have added a lot to his numbers for the night. This was one game out of three but I thought he played well and it gives me a lot of hope going into conference play.
