Stowell and Eden should be much better as should Prior. Would allow Bobik and Mortensen to come along rather than expected to carry the load. Since it is this way I am fine with the youngsters getting the time even with the ups and downs to speed their progress. Having the youngsters recognize the block and how to defeat it, turn their bodies without giving up power and accuracy, when to cross court and when to go line, recognize when to place the ball into and off the block for points. So much more technical than HS. They are moving from 1 or 2 strengths to needing many.

Prior and Stowell have been slow to add those strengths. Hoping the youth will pick it up more quickly, like this year.

In any event, still have the makings of a great core through the season and watch out next year. Especially with another strong recruiting class.

Just think how close we were a against high level team with every stat in Oregons favor by a significant margin.
Gonna be fun. These gals may be inconsistent, but they will make noise doing it.
