I’m just curious. I’ve dealt with low back issues for years. I’ve tried many things. This last time (after trying my normal stuff) I went to a chiropractor who does myofascial release. Thought it was bunk, but was in so much pain I was willing to try. Turns out I didn’t need any popping or twisting adjustments. My low back was a huge knot and just needed released. I think that’s where I hold my stress. I’m just curious if anyone else had heard of this or if I’m just late to the game?
