During the summertime seeing many of them wearing hoodies and sweatshirts in 95+ degree weather. Then during the wintertime I'll drive by the bus stop at 7AM and there's a group of teens waiting in 15 degree weather and more than half of them are standing there shivering with short sleeve tshirts and shorts on. Brain damage is the only answer.
