And not to mention took a year off of football. I don’t fault the coaches for
picking Retzlaff out of camp and not making it a 2 QB system like SMU did.
But I do fault the coaches for not giving Gerry a series or two when the offense couldn’t do a thing against SMU.
We won, and they didn’t with their 2 QB’s. I guess we’ll see how Jake does against Wyoming. Average or less in half one and Gerry better get meaningful time in the 2nd so we can see who the better game manager might be
