Nelah's fastest 5K in HS was 17:18 and Allie Black at Utah State ran at one of the small schools my little school competes against a lot and she had an outlier PR in mid 18's at the Lewiston course where Idaho holds its state XC meet 1/3 years-yet Nelah went 15:29 today and Allie was in the low 17's.

I know this course is 3 miles instead of 3.1 and these girls will improve with college coaching etc., but this course seems insanely fast.
