That’s just one example, not “proof”. And BYU hasn’t played in Laramie in a long
time (since 2009), so there aren’t any recent examples.
Other BYU losses in Laramie during my fandom were in 2003, 1988, and 1981, with some other close calls (1992 and 2001 come to mind).
