BYU signed contracts with Wyoming and ECU for home and away games. We are honoring those contracts. Good job Tom!
Spare me the “there are provisions in the contracts to buy out the games.” The contract with ND had the same provisions and they backed out of the game in Provo. There was no breach of contract and it was all legal, but it was still bush league and we still complain about it to this day.
If you’re going to sign up for it, play the game!
I know there are extenuating circumstances, like joining the B12, that may cause a team to cancel games, but that doesn’t apply in this case.
