There are other benefits to circumcision other than UTIs (decreased penile cancer, decreased sti transmission, balanoposthitis), and there are reasons people need to get circumcision later in life.
That being said it's still definitely a choice and not something that has to be/needs to be done. I feel the benefits are greater than the risks.
