Solid programs in a similar geographic region with similar program prestige. I think these teams make a lot of sense, although I am not sure what you do about adding other programs, 6 is not enough. I definitely could see the strategy of taking these 4 teams and then inducing a few others to join at subpar terms out of sheer panic.
