With the PAC2 going to the PAC6 and needing at least 8 teams in the next two years to meet the NCAA minimum requirement to be a conference, who will be the last 2, or could there be more on the horizon to save it?

With the ACC seeming to be on the hot seat as a conference, will Stanford and Cal make the jump back to the PAC to make it 8? Will UNLV get the invite? Will the Yewts do the Yewtish thing and move back to be a Big fish in a smaller pond so all of the fans with the PAC logos and tats can keep them?

Money is a big issue behind this. Is the annual revenue in the new PAC conference enough to pull STAN/CAL or Yewts to come back? Is the PAC6 talking to teams from the western side of the AAC? Would they grab more from the remaining MWC schools or did they get what they wanted?

Still so many moving parts to this IMO.

I personally think this would make for a good (not great) conferenece on the west coast:
