When they form the new P2 super league, will they be regional or national?

Will the look kind of like the NFL where the AFC and the NFC both have national span.... Both the new "BigTen" and the new "SEC" will have East teams and South teams and West teams?
A Few current SEC teams become part of the new BigTen South, and a few current BigTen teams become part of the the new SEC North?

OR Will the SEC stay pretty regional, and the BigTen be everyone else?

Or do the split the P2 up into maybe 4 pieces that are more logically regional?
