Oklahoma State reporter claiming source that Rising is out.

BREAKING: Per Sources close to Utah Football, the laceration on the hand of Utes’ QB Cam Rising has grown infected and are showing signs of Tetanus.

He is expected to be out for up 6-8 weeks.
