Switched from Verizon to Visible+. It's great - No issues with throttling on
Visible+. Seems to be the exact same service I was receiving from Verizon (Same towers, company, network, etc)
The downside is the only international markets supported are Mexico/Canada, so when I travel outside NA I have to get an eSim. With Verizon it was like $10/day for international
