I just act like I truly don't care one iota about paying for a ticket.. because
I don't.
So just go ahead and quickly do it so we can both go on our way. I'm not going to play dumb on why you played me over or make excuses... and I also don't want to get into the back and forth dumb questions of you asking why I was pulled over.
What drives me crazy is how this process should take about 3 minutes in today's world, if that.
