I know agents do their best to help advise their clients on financial planning and spending, but to your point......
some people just go crazy with spending. They only see the house, the car, travel, jewelry, etc. They don't understand the maintenance, taxes, and limited earning window they have. No thought for the future. Truly and eat, drink and be merry attitude.
