Looks like Stanford or Oregon State to me:

My prediction is Stanford needs a p4 opponent in 25 & 26 just like BYU. Stanford has the date of the SUU game open so guess is BYU drops SUU and plays Stanford week 2 and Portland State in week 1. Then play at Stanford in 26 and moves the USF game since it was scheduled for Oct.
