His teams looked a lot like Utah teams, great defense, great special teams, good run game but below average passing game. Now, I don't know that Jay was micromanaging the offense just saying it's possible based on how the offenses were under him even under more than one OC. Funny enough, his offense was at it's best with Fesi as the OC.
