Weren’t sure how the job I was taking would turn out.

At the previous home I had to replace things like the garage door, AC unit, etc so I know there is increased risk/costs to home ownership. But there is just something different about owning a home. There are things I’d like do for the rental to make it more homier but I’m not going to put in money and effort into improving it because it’s not mine.
