2 plays in the 2nd half made the difference in the yards per play department.
Lassiter's 57 yard catch and run (Resulted in no score, threw INT right after this play)
Miles Davis 37 yard run (Resulted in go ahead Field Goal)
These were the 2 longest plays from scrimmage by BYU the entire game. There was another play in the first half that went for 36 yards and another play in the 2nd half that went for 26 yards. You remove those 2 plays and the offensive output was virtually the same as the 1st half. Take those 2 plays out and we are suddenly 4.1 yards per play in the 2nd half.
The offense wasn't much better in the 2nd half than the first.
