I hear ya. Didn't wanna train today. "Do it anyway" mindset for the win. When I've good habits in place, "cruise control" still takes me in the right direction. Not as much fun. Probably not as fast. Might not feel as inspiring or fulfilling. But still the right direction. Habits.
