Even if it's a blow out (and it probably will be), QB2 doesn't come in until we're already into the 4th quarter. And at that point the QB2's only responsibility is to hand the ball off to the RB. They do not care about extending drives for getting first downs at that point...this coaching staff is the opposite of the "run up the score" mindset.
