coverage that appears to have already been provided? If I go to the site and log in, it shows my policy info through next year. The email includes accurate information about my mortgage and HO insurance, but appears to be asking for verification of a policy set to expire last year.
It doesn't seem like a scam.
I'm thinking the email was sent in error, but I've waited on hold for 15 minutes with customer service before being disconnected twice now, and I'm wondering if I should keep worrying about it.
